Is my credit/debit card charged as soon as I order a product?

Yes, we offer custom design services. You can request a completely new design or modify any of the existing designs in our shop to suit your preferences. Whether it’s changing the font, quote, image, or any other element, we can make it happen. You also have the option to send us your own design, and we’ll handle the printing and shipping according to your specifications. Our goal is to bring your vision to life and ensure you receive exactly what you want.
What happens if I type in the wrong address?
If you provide us with the wrong address and the shipment hasn’t been sent out yet, please email us as soon as possible, and we’ll update it to the correct address. However, if the item has already been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for re-sending it to the new address. Please double-check your address details when placing your order to avoid any issues.
Faulty item received
If you receive a faulty item, simply send us a picture of it along with your order number. If the item is defective or wears off after the first wash, we’ll send you a free replacement. There’s no need to return the item—just provide us with a photo, and we’ll take care of the rest.
